The Multi-Tasking Fiend

Hello,

You are most likely thinking right now, 'Who is the multi-tasking fiend?' I AM THE MULTI-TASKING FIEND. As I am doing this post, I am listening to Bolero by the Orchestre de Paris. Where there is a conductor who can direct the orchestra telepathically. I am also listening to my brother singing "Oh, By Jingo." Which is a song from the 1920's in a T.V series called 'Jeeves and Wooster'.

I am also reading my friend, Fenian's blog post from a week ago. My brother has now finished singing and has moved on to putting together his desktop computer, with no success I might add. Poor thing. He is now complaining that he needs my Dad's help, who is the computer genius in this house. In fact he just got a new laptop. Lucky. My brother has now gone downstairs to get some help, meanwhile I am sitting in his warm bed.

After I finish this post, I will continue reading my book for school, which I am already more than half of the way into. The book is called The Princess and the Goblin. It is a very good book about a little princess who meets a miner boy named Curdie. I think they have something to do with goblins. The princess has no idea that goblins exist, in the meantime, she is thinking about her beautiful Great- Great- Grandmother, who lives at the top of her house.

I hope you like the new background I put on my blog! Please comment on today's post and vote on the poll!

Ta ta for now,

Nina

The Tale of Erzebet Ellenmonosa

Hi everyone!

Today I wanted to post my friend Fin's (Erzebet) poem. Fenian just read the Harry Potter series and is know obsessed with the books. She sent me this poem a while back, but I just thought of posting it now, The link at the bottom is the link to her blog. Enjoy!

My name is Erzebet Ellemonosa
A wizard I have been
I entered Hogwarts wizarding school
At age of eleven

I have many tales to tell
All which are quite true
I have told no one of them
So now I shall tell you!

Dear reader, first, please be aware
These stories may make you stop and stare
And ask yourself, "Can this be true?"
It can happen to you, too!

It was a fine nice afternoon
I would have to leave Hogsmeade soon
But then I pointed, I stopped, I cried!
And listen, dear reader, for this is no lie!

If you traced my gaze, my unbreaking stare
It lead to Harry, Hermione, and the one with the red hair!
They seemed so happy
So nice and caring
I hope they didn't mind my stare!

But the wind was coming, and blowing fast
And I blew away, up in the air at last!

My feet were twelve feet above the ground
I could see Hogwarts, Hagrid, and his giant hound!

But as my height increased a ton
I realized flying this high was not so much fun!
I flapped my arms just like real wings
To no avail
Arms alone do not work; to fly, you need the real thing!

But suddenly I looked all the way down
And my pleasant smile changed into a frown
I was coming down alright, headed right for the ground!

I tried to stop my fall, tried to fly back up
To no avail
I had no good luck

As soon as I awoke,
I realized with a shock where I was
In the hospital wing with Mrs. Pomfrey
And my friends mentioned what horrible things she does!

From regrowing Potter's bones with a fowl potion
To healing common rashes with a mysterious lotion
I wanted to leave, to scream, to run
But my leg was broken, the damage was done

I drank horrible tea day after day
Whenever would my leg heal? Tomorrow? Today?
I got restless and weary
I wanted to leave
I was getting quite sick of that dreadful ghost Peeves!

Finally one day my leg had healed
But a bruise remained, it was purple and teal
The bruise reminds me of that dreadful year
But stories are not always as they appear

So my lovely dear reader
I do hope you were pleased
With my awful, true story
For which I was teased

And I hope you are careful
To know what is fact
Because this could be all false
It could be an attack!

But I am no liar
I am an honest, kind wizard
Whose playful charm went wrong
And turned into a lizard!

Ze Cats

This is Max. Such a vacant expression... I can see a wheat field and blue sky.

Hehe. Milo. Not too good for the camera.

Blue- eyed. Little did he know he would be here...
